Weddings
We offer an entire wedding planning and co-ordination service; we walk the journey of planning your wedding with you from beginning to end. Our famous packages are all inclusive to guarantee that the most important day of your life goes as smoothly as possible, We understand that some bridal couples prefer the use of their own suppliers and are able to accommodate this too. You will have the entire venue exclusively for 8 hours, we do only 1 wedding per day.
We do the wedding reception in our beautifully draped with greenery bespoke detailed and fully fairy lit Lapa of up to 50 people with a dance floor. We also offer a customized set- up in our authentic industrial space ‘ The Garage’ which will be set as a chapel for your nuptials.
We have a lovely outdoor area where guests can be assisted at the bar and have post ceremony snacks.
All our affiliate service providers are other capable, reliable small to medium owned businesses who have experience in their respective fields and bring professionalism and applied industry knowledge to the table. We have caterers that offer various menu’s and accommodate various dietary restrictions and requirements including and not limited to vegans and Halaal needs. Our caterers offer us favourable frequent use rates.
We now allow external caterers for our wedding packages. With our all-inclusive packages you may add on but you may not substitute the package offering. Our packages have been carefully worked out and is on a strict ‘use it or loose it policy’ and our prices per person are spread across the entire offering. We are not in the business of surprising you with a host of extra’s later on and our contracts are clear and concise. We keep our word. We offer you a mock table prior to your wedding date, with us the only surprises you will get are good ones.

- Public Holidays/ day before public holidays
- Sundays
Normal weekday and Sunday Weddings must be brunch/ lunch weddings with the end times being by 7pm

Parties
We offer fantastic party packages with a wide variety of flexible options to suit your desire and budget. We only do one event at time, making the space exclusively yours. You get a welcome area where guests can take pics and have a welcome drink before entering our Lapa area where all your formalities and fun is sure to impress your guests or you can switch it up and utilize the space more creatively.
We host the most epic parties, depending on the catering service selected we may seat up to 60 with a more formal dinner or do a cocktail style party for up to 80. We allow self- catering for parties only with no surcharge.
There is day and evening party time slot with different prices applicable in both instances, we offer all extra’s in house at preferential rates and the entire venue is exclusively yours for a 5-hour period.

As we are a mere 5km from the O.R Tambo International airport with a ton of major businesses surrounding us and a large number of nearby hotels and B&B’s we offer our venue for weekday meeting’s/ conferences at an hourly or day rate for as little as 5 people to as many as 80. We do have limited accommodation available at Rugged Rose
